Carlos Panting is a Project Manager based in Houston, TX. Born and raised in Honduras, he pursued his academic journey at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO where he earned both his undergraduate and master's degrees. The pinnacle of his academic accomplishment was obtaining his MBA specializing in Supply Chain Management. 

He re-located to San Diego after completing his master's program where he assumed the role of Commercial Project Manager for a prominent development company. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing all aspects of property management, new construction, and the re-development of projects exclusively catering to Federal Government tenants. In this capacity, he successfully managed tenant improvement projects ranging from $350k to $5M for various federal government agencies. He joined the Summit Team in 2023 and has worked on various programs.
