Chris Witt is based in Tampa, FL. He has a BA in Applied Sciences and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University (PA), and a MS in Industrial Engineering from NYU-Tandon School of Engineering (fka Brooklyn Polytechnic in NY). Chris was in management at United Parcel Service in the New York City area, where he held roles in various disciplines, including facility engineering and project management. Chris headed to Atlanta for a PM position with Skanska, managing construction projects throughout the southeast region, and eventually relocating to their growing Tampa office where he earned his GBCI LEED accreditation. Opportunity called, and he brought his team to a small woman-owned GC firm, J.R. Bowman Construction, where offices were opened in multiple new locations throughout the Sunbelt states managing commercial construction programs upwards of $15M annually throughout the Southeast and into the Midwest. Chris brought his considerable experience to the Summit Properties team in 2022.
